Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-16
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes Webxtek's practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of data on the public X078 terminal (x078.com), operated by Webxtek Studio.
1. Data We Collect
X078 is designed as a low-noise static infrastructure. We collect the following types of data:
- Anonymous Analytics Data (Umami): We use Umami Analytics, a self-hosted, cookie-free solution, to analyse site traffic. Umami does not store tracking cookies or personally identifiable data. Data collected (pages visited, country of origin, device type, referrer) is fully anonymous and hosted on our own servers at x078.com. It is not shared with any third party.
- Google Search Console: We use Google Search Console to monitor the site's performance in Google Search results (impressions, clicks, keywords). This tool is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data is aggregated and does not allow individual users to be identified.
- Telemetry and Honeypot Data: To ensure the cybersecurity of the platform, we log anomalous access attempts and suspicious browsing patterns to identify threats and injection anomalies. This data is retained solely for security audit purposes.
- Voluntary Information: If you contact us directly via our forms or email, we will process the provided information strictly to respond to your request.
2. Third-Party Integrations
X078 integrates the following external services:
- Cloudflare: The site is served through the Cloudflare Pages/CDN network to ensure speed and security. Cloudflare may process network metadata (IPs) as part of its protection service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Google Search Console: Webmaster tool for monitoring search indexing and performance. Operates under Google LLC's terms.
- Umami Analytics: Self-hosted on our server (umami.node1.x078.com). No cookies. No data sharing with third parties. GDPR-compliant by default.
3. Security
X078 operates on a static and isolated architecture (Jamstack) optimised for extreme security. Nodes and terminals are hardened against common injection attacks. All traffic is served over HTTPS with certificates managed by Cloudflare.
4. Data Retention and Rights
Anonymous analytics data (Umami) is retained on our servers for historical analysis, but contains no personally identifiable information. Security data is retained only as long as necessary for audits. As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to request information, rectification, or deletion of any data we may hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
5. Contact
To exercise your rights or report anomalies, contact Webxtek via the official email: hello@webxtek.com.
